You may also request to close your account at any time. In that case, your remaining balance will be returned after verification (excluding any bonus balance).

09 Limitation of Liability

• Betting opportunities missed due to internet disconnection
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment systems
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account credentials
• Financial losses from betting are entirely at the user's own risk.
